Bayside Church  is proud to sponsor our MOPS group which began in 2005. Our group came  about through the growth of our members.  Several of us Moms felt the need to reach out to women that share the same life issues.  Through this out reach it is our desire to enlist the hearts of mothers from all over the Tampa Bay Area.  We provide a caring, accepting atmosphere for today's mothers to grow and share their experiences with other women. Our monthly meeting consists of fellowship together with our Moms over breakfast and coffee with prayer, speakers, crafts, and discussion time. This is a time for  encouragement, understanding, and relaxation.  Moms have needs.  Not only a sense of belonging but, the need to reach out to each other. Bayside MOPS gives Moms the opportunity to reach out to each other with understanding and helpful gestures, like trading child care, sharing food, and giving

encouragement. We meet those needs and reassure that

        Mothering matters and Mothers matter! 

Our sponsor, Bayside Church, is an interdenominational family of believers who is excited about what God is doing in our midst.  Bayside's goal is to enable you to become a fully devoted, productive and loving member of the family of God.  We think our Sr. Pastor, Tom Bates, described Bayside best when he said, "This is a place where  you can feel loved, accepted, and forgiven.
